Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 on business days ship the same day, subject to stock. Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays ship the next business day. All delivery times are in business days and run from the moment of dispatch.
Carriers
Within the Netherlands we ship with PostNL or DHL. Internationally we ship with DHL. All shipments include track and trace. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
Customs
We ship within the European Union only. No import duties or customs charges apply.
Packaging
Where possible we reuse packaging materials to reduce waste. Your order is always packed carefully and protected in transit.
