Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without giving a justification. This applies to all products in our store, including items bought on sale.

Conditions

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase.

How to return

Request a return by logging in to your account or by emailing info@bebefit.eu. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@bebefit.eu.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
